The concept of quality can be defined as the provision of a work or service according to a set of pre-standardized criteria. The quality approach that we see in all industries and areas of life is no coincidence, but the result of the most efficient process management possible.

Professional Quality Assessment with Quality Models

The quality of a translation can only be measured by having a consistent system and quality approach. As a part of our professional translation services, we use quality models that are well-recognized and widely used in our industry to measure the quality of translations objectively and to specify the parameters of quality.

Put simply, these quality models can be defined as static or dynamic. We select the most appropriate considering the quality measurement expectations of the project and then prepare quality reports based on the model.

LISA is a static quality model. It involves the assessment of the project against predefined criteria. In dynamic quality models such as TAUS DQF, quality assessment criteria are specified according to the dynamics of the project, and the quality report is prepared based on these customized quality requirements.
